Hey — I’m Addis, a software developer studying Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. addisworld comes from my full name, Addisalem አዲስ ዓለም, which in Amharic means addis (new) alem (world) :)
The purpose of this site is to share what’s on my mind as at worst, notes to self and at best, slightly more formal self-reflections, explorations of the thoughts and questions I have about the world and my place in it, and tidbits on topics I’m curious about. For completeness sake, let’s just toss in literally anything else.
